Who am I?
I'm Leo, just a normal person who loves taking photos when I can.
Most of my pictures took in free time are surreal. I like challenging the mind, and if I can supress a deep meaning within a photo, I will. I don't want to just take a nice picture; I want that picture to have purpose.
My goal in the world is to change people's perspective on life, so I plan to do this in photography.
Below are some successful photos taken since starting my Photography GCSE.

Why did I choose Photography?
Photography has to be one of my favourite things to do, in general. I love taking pictures and I felt like choosing photography would help me progress. I doubt I would do any better without taking this GCSE.
Why I like taking photos
As I have said, I love taking pictures. This is because I love to capture beautiful moments in my life.
I've always looked at pictures and thought, I want to do that. Now I can feel proud as I tell everyone "I took that".
I think photography is always in my sub conscience. I honestly never expect to go out and take pictures and yet I do. It's one of the most fun and creative things I can do.

Do I name my photos?
To put it simply, yes, I think it helps distinguish between similar shoots.
However, I don't like names that reveal to much; I would never name a photo after some obvious trait the photo has.
I name my photos single words based on a simple action or idea in the photo, much like the surrealist Tommy Ingberg
This supports the meaning the pictures have behind them.
My view on names is that they should be included as part of the artwork as, like a poem, it's a bridge into the photographer's thoughts and feelings about the shoot.
I believe a picture called "Sky" could actually be quite dark if the ideology behind it was unreachable freedom.
This helps viewers to imagine what the photo means deep down, since some photos won't be immediately understood.
